"Some guys in Library are continuously making humming sound even after giving them a notice. Their humming sounds don't let us to concentrate properly on our study and this is very annoying especially when we are giving test or making notes .... This is my humble request to the authority that please give them notice from youside . And also put up posters of " MAKE SILENCE IN THE LIBRARY " and Put fine for irrelevant Behaviour in the library . It will be good for us if you take immediate action towards this. Thankyou"
